So you can actually save on fuel costs with a novated lease?  Yes you can - and in more than one aspect!  Petrol costs are invariably the most significant part of vehicle ownership so it's important to know that with a novated lease (as long as it's fully maintained), you can see some serious savings on your fuel costs.  Paid pre-tax, with a fleet discount and with GST lopped off the top, it makes great sense to calculate what sort of fuel savings you'll get with a novated lease.  Remember too - there's no FBT charged on these types of savings!
